Abstract


Based on the distribution of resources in the grid technology integration and management of the grid , the grid full resource sharing and collaborative work has become a hot research topic . However , in a grid environment , in order to achieve a variety of applications , it is necessary to real-time grid resources status information . Grid information services mainly to complete the work of the discovery of information in the grid computing environment , registration , query and modify , providing a real grid environment in a variety of hardware resources and services , real-time dynamic response . Wide geographic distribution of resources in the grid environment , the type and number of large , dynamic changes , and different platforms have different resource management strategies , makes Grid Information Service to become a meaningful and challenging work. Working around the grid information service commenced . Grid information service definition and requirements of the Grid Information Service , to determine the importance and significance of the research Grid Information Service . A service-oriented architecture SOA , Web services , the OGSA framework and WSRF, WSN technical specifications , leads to the grid the fact that the standard the Globus Toolkit 4 middleware structure as well as the relationship between these frameworks , norms , explore the Ganglia monitoring the system structure and main functions . Study the structure and function of the grid information service system , analyzing the existing grid information service model and existing inadequacies . Summary of existing models and techniques through research Globus information service components based the GT4 grid information service system model , the basic functions of the system model in addition to the availability of information services , such as information dissemination , information registration information query , but also to support large data sets and complex queries , interaction with other grid services more convenient , simple and efficient . The system is built on the latest technical specifications WSRF its concrete realization GT4 based on , so that it has a good grid information indexing and query performance , the two release resource information to the user to publish various types of resources , at the same time also support inquiries and further information collection and mining of historical information .
