Abstract


Project evaluation refers to the process of adopting scientific ways and means, according to the relevant policies, laws and parameters, to analyze and judge the financial and social benefits of a project, so as to decide whether to invest in or loan for it. Many units have to evaluate by experiences due to the lack of effective technical economic evaluation system, and fail to achieve the expected economic benefits. An investment project evaluation software is an effective way to help evaluate the investment project scientifically and to analyze the financial feasibility and economic rationality of this project. It can improve the evaluation efficiency and speed the process of keeping in line with the international standards.The design in this essay is accomplished according to the principles of software engineering, considering the development characteristics of the evaluation field, as well as the project evaluation methods and index instructed by the National Development Reform Committee. The realization plan of MVC pattern based on the Struts frame is put forwards subsequently. The calling class is also designed. The concepts of the database entity relation and the whole logic design are also given in this part.The essay concludes with giving the realization codes of database connecting, Chinese coding processing and some functional modules.
