Abstract


The traditional Office documents limit to the writing edition, the printing and the little I/O’s function. Along with the intelligent documents technology development and the documents format diversification and being used wilder and wilder, it makes the user need more Office documents’function. Specially need the macro function which provides through Microsoft As the connection between the document and other companies’ products’interaction. Then it can make the Office documents not just the edition tool, but a very intelligent document. For instance Adobe Reader provides the dynamic link file, which provides PDF interaction and the attribute for the documents built, revision, and deletion. So the PDF documents can be operated through the macro function in the Office documents.For the database, Embed the function such as Http requests transmits function, OLE (Object linking and Embedding), COM Component of database view based on macro function, which make the data become to the dynamic data really on the Excel table, the data is not inputted by users, but is took from the database.In this model structure, Http requests is used for server visit, XML(Extensible Markup Language) is used for document transmission,OLE save the cells definition information(This definition information is the integrity inquiry information, it can inquire the data with the Http request in the database.) in the Excel table. Model contains two ActiveX, one is the OLE container, the other is periphery functions including Http request, database inquiry function and so on.client uses the B/S type, So long as client has installed Office, it can add the Excel table in the IE browser, Meanwhile add a definition menu in the IE browser, it make long-distance access database become possible, so make it extremely facilitates.At the same time, this model is very widespread extensional, according to the different profession, designs the different database, or add the new function in the definition menu, or add a new ActiveX for controlling and so on with the Office formidable function.The summary of the main contents is presented and further work is still needed is pointed out at the end of the thesis.
