Abstract


With the development of modern society, high-tech , high-speed, fast-paced lifestyle has become an increasingly essential to people . People's time will be all the more valuable , the queued waiting will increasingly intolerable . So , before traveling first through the network or phone inquiries about which bank branches less people queuing up , this is the information society, people better solution to solve such problems . The system mainly consists of three parts of the client , the background and queuing simulator . The first queuing simulator to simulate bank real - time ACD data sent and the data is sent to the backend server . On the server side , the system through the online analysis and data mining , data analysis and processing . Customers can visit our website or phone inquiries to query their near outlets, as well as the current outlets are in the process business customers to wait for the situation on the map . Customers by entering their will to reach the point in time , the system will be based on historical data and the existing data of the day to make a reasonable prediction . The same time, the system can also bring valuable reference for decision - making for the bank's internal organizational decision makers . Statistics on the number of queued all outlets in the number of customers of each time period to chart displayed to the management of the bank . And data mining, to predict the future development trend of network traffic . Decision-makers can refer to predict the outcome , more rational layout of the network . This system is in the field of science and technology to achieve a concrete manifestation of the people-oriented . First, the system can meet the real - time bank customers easily understand the banking business in order to arrange as to which bank business . Second, the bank's internal keep abreast of individual sites on a variety of historical business conditions and future projections to determine a more reasonable network settings and staffing .
