Abstract


Under different physiological conditions , the quantitative detection of intracellular free calcium concentration changes in cell biophysical research . Developed a more mature calcium ion concentration detection software abroad , while domestic research in this area is still not mature enough . Domestic Huazhong University of Science and Technology biophysical had developed a calcium ion concentration detection software to meet the basic requirements of laboratory personnel , but the memory consumption , and not conducive to the maintenance and transplantation . In order to solve the above problems , the subject of design and implementation of the new version of the calcium ion concentration -detection software . This paper discusses the design ideas and methods of the new version of the calcium ion concentration detection software . Calcium ion concentration detection system software is a typical data acquisition and analysis software . Experimental process , need to output a specific wavelength of monochromatic light stimulation, the cells corresponding fluorescence signal and synchronous acquisition . Data transmission and acquisition is an IO (Input Output) process, and the transmission data preparation process is a calculation . Therefore , the software is designed to be a multi-threaded event synchronization : producer thread ready to stimulate data the consumer thread send stimulate data and collecting experimental results , event kernel object synchronization producer threads and consumer threads . Sent with the waiting time of the acquisition process so that you can take advantage of the stimulus data to improve the reaction speed of the software , and to reduce memory consumption . In addition , the software make extensive use of the C standard library provides a series of generic containers and generic algorithms , to improve the efficiency of software development , to enhance the portability of the system . Finally , the use of the software to detect the free calcium concentration in living cells , have been more satisfied with the experimental data . The experimental results show that the software can be more accurate measurement of the calcium ion concentration in living cells , it is possible to meet the requirements of Cell Biology physics experiments .
