Abstract


In the discrete manufacturing equipment , a single piece and small batch production mode is one of the important enterprise . Such enterprises are mainly based on customer order requirements for product design and production , product specifications varied, long production cycle, long single and small batch production enterprises have been put on-time delivery and control business costs as their goal. Procurement logistics such enterprises as the core part of the organization of production plays an important role in research and development to adapt to single and small batch production mode of modern management systems for mining is to shorten the procurement cycle and enterprises an effective way to control costs . Based on the analysis of information technology industry development status at home and abroad based on the combination of discrete single and small batch production equipment manufacturing characteristics, logistics and information flow from the two aspects of a certain gear company production management and manage the status quo existing in the process problem for the enterprise presents actual situation and needs for enterprise production management system features the overall design. According to the theory and combining BOM enterprise gear structure of the product and process characteristics studied reducer product design BOM BOM conversion principle to purchase . Based on the theory of material requirements planning , the analysis of enterprise business processes based on the actual purchase combine single and small batch production mode, procurement features , the establishment of mining for the management subsystem functional model and information model , in this framework, adopted on the basis of management subsystem for a detailed design and implementation of the production management system integrated with other subsystems . Research and development in this paper for the reducer for mining industry management system , realized from the procurement planning to blank out of storage of computerized management , enterprise procurement manual records from the past management of the original transformed into information management methods . Through the implementation of management systems for mining , optimization of the company's procurement processes, improve the efficiency of procurement , effectively shortening the procurement cycle of management personnel for scientific and rational decision making has played a positive role in the enterprise management level to a new level.
