Abstract


Six components of motion of the floating body , roll , pitch , rotary , sliding , vertical shift and heave , marine , port and marine engineering model test of the important reference data . Traditional contact measurement method is to use a ruler to measure the displacement value measurement using gyro roll angle oscillograph record through the light signal , manual read analysis , low accuracy , a waste of human and material resources , can not meet the requirements . The non-contact measurement based on binocular stereo vision system , using the the CCD inside and outside the parameters to the dual CCD to capture moving images of the floating body , the calibration process to obtain three-dimensional reconstruction , to calculate the spatial coordinates of the target object , and thus break down its six-component . The measurement technology has no effect on the movement of the floating body , a relatively high accuracy by increasing the resolution and high-precision positioning algorithm can further enhance performance . This article in the premise of real-time measurements of the study of non- contact type floating body measurement system of specific applications , completed work : First , this paper carried out the machine vision and image processing for the theoretical background of the algorithm research and application , the algorithm part mainly include image pre- processing , binarization, feature point extraction , calibration , stereo matching and three-dimensional reconstruction of a series of three-dimensional visual aspects ; Secondly, the design and the corresponding system software , system software part in VC6.0 development platform , with METEOR Ⅱ / Digital image acquisition card combined with Matorx company MIL TM the Library frame grabbers software Development Kit , the preparation of a set of application software to meet the needs of engineering ; Finally, experimental flume , made hit the waves , wave machine and movement of the floating body real-time measurement , verification and analysis and the measurement accuracy of the system . Build new hardware platform , increased resolution, and improved accuracy , not only solve the dual CCD asynchronous to trigger synchronization crawl function , but also to achieve a true real-time processing , tracking the rate of 20f / s floating body movement , and the full attitude measurement . This article addresses the engineering application conditions , real-time measurement of the key issues to be considered in the process of continuous experimentation analysis demonstrated the feasibility of the system as well as the reliability , accuracy has reached the technology used by a variety of scientific and engineering experiments indicators.
