Abstract


GIS (Geographic Information System) is playing more and more important role in national economic. Fundamental Geospafinal Database is basement of GIS, but it is time-consuming and boring to construct Fundamental Database nowdays for many data format conversion and manual data quantity control are needed. The dissertation researches these two problems to achieve automatic Data Format conversion and Data Quality Control method. The main contents of the dissertation are as follows:(1) AutoCAD Data Format to ArcGIS Format Conversion, this is typical problem for GIS Data Format Conversion, the dissertation presents and implements an automatic conversion algorithm between these two data formats by analysising the difference between them.(2) For Data Format Quantity Control, the dissertation intensively research on the related theories and methods, and realize two methods:①Error calculation of control point TIC; and②Interaction dectection of contour .(3) These methods are applied in Anhui 1:10000 fundamental database project, the result is satisfactory.The dissertation intenstively focus on data format conversion method and data quality control, and the related algorithms are applied in Anhui 1:10000 fundamental database project, the result is satisfactory. The dissertation is of theory and application interest.
