Abstract


With the acceleration process of urbanization in China, every investment projects grown at a supernormal speed. However, Every fixed asset investment needs the fixed place to form production capacity, and each fixed place is a construction project, they all have to be surveyed, designed, constructed. Therefore, the credit of construction market has directly affects on the efficiency of the whole national economy growth.However, with the deepening of reform and opening up in recent years, the planned economy under the highly centralized system of credit is broken, in line with market economy mechanism is not perfect credit management, credit building market awareness of the main responsibilities of each party is not strong, money the riches thirst, not of the impact on the reform front in the construction industry. Building units in order to avoid regulation, at the project noes to avoid bidding; construction companies to win the bid, collusion phenomena occur investigation, design and other professional and technical personnel intermediary agencies in order to win more personal business income, at the private contract business, and so the bad market behavior, disrupted the construction market credit order. How to solve the construction market of the lack of credit has become the current construction administrative departments at all levels focus of the work, and establish and improve the incentive and trustworthy, promises punishment credit system is the complete elimination and containment of these violations of laws the most important ways.Yueyang as an example, based on the aspects of sociology, management science, economics and so on, this article will discuss the problem from the following three aspects:definition of the construction market credit management, structure of the construction market credit system, the three modes of construction market credit management in our country. Comparing the successful experience of the three modes of construction market credit management in our country, writer proposed that the basic building conditions of market credit management’s mode. Based on this study, concerning the problem of present situation in Yueyang, this article will put forward some suggestions to improve the model of credit management in construction market of Yueyang.
