Abstract


With the rapid development of mobile communications,the arrears risk become a prominent issue because subscribers can call phone anywhere,which called roaming.The financial of telecom operators have to face a lot of arrears,the formation of non-performing loans,and resulting in loss of income.The technical solution of reduce the arrears risk is the topic which mobile operators pay great attention to.We use different network interconnection agreement next-generation AAA-DiameterCC protocol to solve telecommunications network and business support network real-time interaction problem,to solve existing programmes and technology facing the delay billing system,not on-line credit control and other issues,to eliminat many shortcomings of the existing common programme with Intelligent gateway equipment.The successful integration of research and practice the deployment of integration theory and creatively come up with the real dynamic capacity management technology,real-time arrears risk played a very good effect, is a successful application of computer technology in the field of telecommunications network and business support services convergence.
