Human resources management system is the typical management information system, it not can only provide the information and the data comprehensively promptly, the simplification statistical work, proposes beside the different report to the different management level, but can also act according to past data forecast future situation, therefore human resources management oneself after became the business management the important component. This article elaborated one kind uses the J2EE construction human resources management system, enables the system to have the good extendibility and the user experienceThis article mainly defers to the system requirements analysis, the system construction design, the system detailed design, the system in the elaboration structure to realize five to carry on the description. Its prime task is based on the J2EE human resources management system, in carries on the foundation which to the present domestic and foreign existing human resources management system the thorough widespread analytical study and compares, unified the Weifang National capital Committee Enterprise system to develop the function strong hr system actually.This series including personnel management, organization management, employment advertise management, checking attendance management, salary management, training management, achievements management, rules and regulations management, system administration and so on 9 subsystems. When design system function, had considered comprehensively the present human resources management system’s present situation and the present will develop the tendency, has manifested human resources management idea fully. Described the human resources application frame function demand specifically, as well as based on the J2EE standard’s system structure, and realizes using the development environment and each core technologies’s concrete design. In based on under standard J2EE architecture frame, also has referred to the MVC development pattern with emphasis, the design system construction WEB flow control. Specially, this article the design pattern which, the design concept used for system construction each in and realizes the strategy to make a more thorough analysis. Provides simple, nimble, the fast database application to realize the strategy, reduced the database performance history order of complexity greatly, raised system’s development efficiency. Finally, in the actual environment the test system, has analyzed system’s superiority from the performance and the accurate aspect. Also had pointed out the system also has many insufficiencies.
