Abstract


According to traditional preparation mode, the flight crews have to take a lot of time to make a preparation in airport, and the ground members are required to provide information on paper, this mode takes up a lot of manpower and material resources, and the most important thing is to bring aviation safety problems.This article is to solve the questions that how to change the traditional preparation mode, fully integrate the information, and distribute from a unified platform. Compared with the tradition preparation mode, the systems’ superiority includes: more information, more timely and accurate, improving flight crews’ preparation quality, reducing the unnecessary waste of time, increasing flight crews’ relaxation time, reducing potential safety problems, saving manpower and material resources and reducing the costs.This paper abstractly models the flight crews pre-preparation process, establishes the system model and organization chart for the flight crews and administrators at all levels. There are lots of production systems related to the air preparation, and the development and database design of these systems are different, including data of FOC (Flight Operation Control), MES (Maintenance Engineering System), QAR (Flight Operations Quality Assurance systems). This is the most difficult point of the system source integration. This paper discusses the solution to different system interfaces, and the system uses dual authentication for authority control to improve the system safety properties.At present, the system uses the popular J2EE specification, MVC mode, technology such as STRUTS on development, and uses ORACLE database. It uses RSA token as dual Authentication for authority control. The system sets up service administrator in operation departments at all levels, details the authority, maintains the information in accordance with same standard, And regulates the operation with strict administrative provisions. The project includes two parts: Pre-preparation and direct -preparation. It increases an effective protection for company’s flight safety.
