Abstract


As China's economic development and adjustment of industrial structure , the impact of the market economy , many of the old industrial forced to \the value of the building. How the value of these industrial heritage identification and protection of China 's protection of historic buildings and industrial heritage be useful . Fangzi several historical changes experienced during the German occupation , the period of Japanese occupation , the legacy of industrial heritage of this region , because of its historical and cultural value and economic interests more and more attention has been paid . In its field research from the fields of valuation, propose appropriate protection recommendations include: the first chapter : find the problem . From the industrial heritage of the background and significance , leads to the contents and methods of this study .
