Abstract


The cost is a key indicator to measure the competitiveness of enterprises, reducing costs is the issue of universal concern of today's businesses. The information poor communication, lack of process monitoring, cost-sharing unreasonable inadequate control consumption and the cost of the lack of scientific decisions brought great difficulties to many traditional manufacturing enterprises cost control. In this paper, the big rich company, elaborated on the basis of previous experience of cost control under ERP environment connotation to analyze the situation, the company's cost control efforts and come to the existing problems and their causes, big rich company discussed how to The effective implementation of the ERP to optimize cost control. In the environment of globalization of production, the manufacturing base is being transferred to China. According to Michael Porter's theory of business competition, cost leadership competitive strategy is often used by the manufacturing industry. In Europe and the United States, ERP has been widely used in cost control; but in our country, how to use ERP to optimize cost control, most companies are still in the exploratory stage, it is necessary to carry out research in this area.
