Abstract


As the height of the development of the market economy, a large number of enterprise groups in China to emerge, and gradually to the direction of international development, to become the backbone of the Chinese enterprises to participate in international competition. Enterprise groups to improve the management level, and enhance the competitiveness of their introduction of the ERP (enterprise resource planning) project. Widely used ERP tremendous changes in the Group's internal and external environment, financial management as the core of the enterprise group management has also undergone a change, the traditional financial management mode gradually suited to highly developed enterprise group, in this situation, there is an urgent need to build a kinds of new financial management mode, in order to give full play to the functions of financial management, and enterprise groups in China to promote the development of enterprise groups in an invincible position in the fierce international competition, based on the integration of ERP financial management model came into being. Summary of ERP and Enterprise Group financial management related research achievements on the basis of the theory with the actual research methods, case studies of multinational conglomerates - Haier Group, the integrated financial management mode ERP environment with practical significance research. The full-text content is divided into five parts: The first part is an introduction, mainly on the purpose and significance of the topics of domestic and foreign research overview and describes the content and methods of the study; second part is about the Enterprise Group financial management mode and ERP basic theory, first expounded the concept and features of the Enterprise Group, the connotation of the Group's financial management, financial management mode of enterprise group concept and centralized, decentralized and blending three traditional financial management mode, then introduced the concept of ERP, the course of development, ERP core idea of ??the financial management of the enterprise group, the final analysis of the connotation of the ERP environment integrated financial management mode; Based on this, the third part based on ERP integrated financial management mode of study, first put forward the objectives, principles and influencing factors of the enterprise group to build financial management mode, and then analyzes the necessity of building a model of integrated financial management, then elaborated build the foundation (business process reengineering and organizational restructuring), and then introduced the five stages of system construction, the final analysis of the specific design of the integrated financial management mode; fourth case analysis of the Haier Group, Haier Group's integrated financial management mode to study and summarize its part experience; Part VI Summary and Outlook, full-text summary, pointed out that the lack of paper, proposed future research direction. Integrated financial management mode of enterprise group academic hot spots, but most studies have focused on the basic concepts and theories. In this paper, a combination of theory and practice, study build on the the ERP environment integrated financial management mode, in order to provide a reference for the enterprise groups in China.
