Abstract


Water pollution and water shortage problem has aroused growing concern , a variety of water quality standards have been increased , previous treatment process has been unable to live up to the high standards for water quality and quantity and high demand. Membrane water treatment technology has advantages such as energy efficient in the surface water treatment , industrial wastewater and domestic wastewater treatment more widely used . With ultrafiltration technology as the core of the third generation water purification process safety and reliability of its water is to get people more attention. Ultrafiltration technology for the study of the surface water treatment , we have the traditional water treatment processes were improved , cited Runuoruite ultrafiltration device waterworks established in a pilot unit , the formation of precipitation and ultrafiltration ultrafiltration two sand filtration combinations of processes in which Luan river as a water source . In sand filtration Ultrafiltration Process Luan River trial, on Norit pilot system out of the water pH, turbidity , COD Mn , UV 254 , microorganisms and chlorination disinfection by-products and precursors were detected, membrane water quality and stability , and the indicators are to meet the \Allows for the study of different water quality during ultrafiltration membrane system is running the most stable process parameters, designed a number of operating conditions and examine the conditions and extent of membrane fouling tendency , test results proved plus take pre-chlorination process chemically enhanced maintenance the mode of operation can effectively control the membrane fouling . The one hand, the treatment effect of the two processes Luan River , including turbidity , organic matter and microbial indicators ; On the other hand rough evaluation of the economics of the two processes . Final conclusion is the application of the surface treatment , sand filtration Ultrafiltration precipitation in all respects superior to ultrafiltration , is more cost-effective approach.
