Abstract


Hebei Construction Group, one of the leading enterprises in Hebei construction industry, which achieved the successive years of development since the restructure in 1997, especially in the "11th five-year plan" period, has obtained remarkable achievement. Meanwhile, the complicated domestic and international economic situation and intense competition in construction industry restrict the further development of HCG. In order to guarantee the sustainable development of the enterprise, it is very necessary to process the research on development strategy in the next few years.In this article, the author analyses the external environment factors and the internal condition factors comprehensively and deeply, evaluate the external and internal factors using of EFE and IFE matrix, analyses the strength and weakness relate to the competitors and opportunities and threats in market environment using of SWOT method, confirm the strategic posture the enterprise should adopt in the next few years, establish the strategic target, and prepare the development strategy system finally.
