Abstract


Supply chain management is an advanced management mode , and build the most important issue of the supply chain is the partner of choice in the current competitive environment , supplier selection is a very important link in the supply chain build process . As a more complex decision - making problems , in order to avoid mistakes, to improve the accuracy of the decision-making , the need to rely on the wisdom of the group of experts for group decision making to improve the quality of decision-making . Therefore , multi-attribute group decision making in supplier selection field of research has broad application prospects have important academic value and practical significance . This paper is based on the background conditions to expand . Further study on the basis of existing research results on multi- attribute group decision-making method and its application in supplier selection , the main contents include : First, around the direction of thesis , review and combing at home and abroad on multi-attribute Research group decision-making as well as supply chain management , supplier selection , pointed out the limitations and shortcomings , thesis ideas and frameworks ; Second , a more systematic exposition of multi-attribute decision-making as well as multi- attribute group decision-making principles and methods which focus on expert weights and attribute weights to determine the problem . Once again, the context of supply chain management theory , the supplier selection evaluation and selection process , the guidance of the theory and methods of evaluation index system constructed on the basis of summarizing existing research , supplier selection and evaluation indicators system, a review and evaluation method for supplier selection . Then , made ??before the study on the basis of the establishment of a group decision making based on the supplier selection evaluation model , in order to explore the problem of multi- attribute group decision making in supplier selection . The result of the weight of an expert objective adjustment method is introduced in the model , making decisions more rational . Finally, the application examples in the form of simulated general idea of select suppliers based on group decision making evaluation model , the basic process and the specific method , the feasibility and rationality of the model .
