Abstract


In recent years, new Chinese residential booming residential sector has become an important one . This article focuses on the construction sector hotspot with the times and representative selection of residential projects for data collection and analysis, from the design features, design techniques and other aspects of the external interpretation of this architectural style and interior space , summed up the new Chinese residential design techniques, and innovative design features to extract its main points . The first chapter of the theory by studying the current situation at home and abroad to recognize the new Chinese domestic current study , this paper proposes a new Chinese -related research importance and urgency . The second chapter in the study of the country house of their own development , based on the emergence of new Chinese residential necessity and significance of the elaborate , summed up the new Chinese residential types and characteristics , from both the climate , economy, topography, technology , culture and other aspects of new Chinese residential design affect the various factors set forth in detail , in order for the new Chinese residential design help. Chapter III from planning and design , layout design , exterior design , landscape design, build and interior traditional conception of the current six new Chinese residential design techniques to summarize and research , in-depth to explore new Chinese residential design techniques, aimed at Chinese traditional culture into modern residential house designs , to create space for the Chinese people live . Finally the fourth chapter discusses the new Chinese residential development direction and status issue, present the new Chinese-style residence in the creation and operation of the outstanding issues , and in particular that the current domestic Chinese-style residence in the new Misunderstanding help people correct understanding of the new Chinese residential and better development of new Chinese residential . I hope this research can be encouraged by local architects in the area with a national character creation doctrine continue along the path .
