Abstract

The development of domestic and foreign physical and chemical reduction technologies are present energy consumption, secondary pollution and other shortcomings. The use of technology for micro-metazoan sludge reduction as a green eco-technology, not only can achieve better Sludge Reduction, and has low energy consumption, low operating costs, there is no by-products as well as the environment does not produce secondary pollution. However, the present study for use of micro-metazoan sludge reduction techniques are still some deficiencies, most researchers metazoan the micro inoculated into separate sludge treatment system in which there is no direct investment and added to wastewater treatment systems, the sewage complicates handling and operation management, but does not consider the removal of nutrients. Thesis focuses on these issues, the choice is easier to chatter earthworm as miniature metazoan sludge reduction. As Tubificidae are attached to the type of biological experiment opted YJZH type soft combined packing attached Tubificidae for sludge reduction. Papers flutter from environmental factors on the impact of earthworm, earthworm different proportions of chatter on sludge reduction and removal of nutrients and other aspects were studied. The results showed that: ① Acute toxicity test results by, the salinity less than 0.5%, pH value between 5.5-8.5, ammonia less than 550mg / L when, COD less than 5000mg / L, the growth was not flutter foetida effect, indicating that the Tubificidae directly into the sewage treatment system, raw sewage water will not affect the normal growth of earthworm chatter. ② As Tubificidae shape tiny, difficult to measure. Earthworm into groups based on characteristics of chatter, chatter earthworm group with diameter size to approximate the amount calculated Tubificidae. Study found that the diameter of 1cm Tubificidae group containing about 250 Tubificidae average wet weight of each Tubificidae 0.001g. ③ research findings will Tubificidae investment and added to the sewage treatment system, flutter earthworm growth experienced adapt, grow and broke, transitions, stable four stages. Sewage disposal system not because of biological diversity dosing Tubificidae and change much, no dosing Tubificidae a control system grows naturally out of the Tubificidae head worms. ④ It was found that the reactor was inoculated with sludge reduction Tubificidae number is not the same, the average reactor suspended sludge yield different. In the stabilization phase, with Tubificidae dosage increases, the effect of sludge reduction has become increasingly obvious, and VSS / SS is gradually reduced. ⑤ Tubificidae dosing did not affect the COD removal system. When the system reaches the ecological balance of the stabilization phase, COD removal rate of \When dosing is less than 167/1, Tubificidae dosing does not affect the system in a stable phase of TN removal. But with Tubificidae dosage greater than 250/1 TN removal would have a relatively large impact. ⑥ study found: Tubificidae dosing P removal not a bad influence, but with the Tubificidae dosage increases, in addition to P effect becomes better. The reason may be: Tubificidae in the phagocytic process large amounts of phosphorus intake, and excretion of phosphorus mostly insoluble phosphate. Through the suspension and sewage sludge yield comparative results obtained considering: In the stable phase, when Tubificidae dosage 167/1, Tubificidae dosing affects neither the removal of pollutants, but also to achieve sludge reduction effect. The average yield of suspended sludge 0.1201gVSS/gCOD, sludge relative reduction 36.32%.
