Has significant social, economic and environmental benefits of anaerobic digestion technology has been widely used in animal manure and other waste harmless disposal and resource utilization . The anaerobic digestion process is affected by many factors in the composition of the raw material , reaction temperature , pH , anaerobic microbial activity , the reaction mechanism is very complex . In this thesis, two kinds of animal manure for cow dung and duck manure , through experimental research , seeking anaerobic digestion and optimal reaction conditions and process parameters , and analyze the process of anaerobic digestion reaction , COD, pH value , VFA variation , the establishment of the mathematical model of anaerobic digestion and gas production , animal manure resource efficient utilization provide some scientific basis and reference . Feed TS affect cow dung and duck manure anaerobic digestion of the important factors of the effect of the gas production , lower feed TS appropriately , will help reduce the system load , give full play to the anaerobic digestion microflora activity , but when feeding TS low will inhibit the activity of anaerobic fermentation microflora , resulting in incomplete reaction . Experimental studies have shown that the regulation of cow dung feed TS to 10% anaerobic digestion , can it get the best gas COD removal efficiency of 24.60% , the methane content of the gas production of 56.1 % . Adjustment the duck manure feed TS 6% of its anaerobic digestion gas effect best , COD removal efficiency of 30.45% , the methane content of the gas production of 69.3% . Nitrogen are important nutrients anaerobic digestion and microbial activity required nitrogen deficiency will affect the growth of the microbial flora , the contrary they inhibit the growth and metabolism of anaerobic digestion microflora , so adjust the appropriate C / N animal manure anaerobic digestion important factors. The experimental results show that the cow manure anaerobic digestion regulating feed C / N 30 , the gas production of anaerobic digestion is best COD removal efficiency of 35.21% , 72.8% methane content of the gas production . Feed duck manure anaerobic digestion to adjust the C / N for the 25 best gas production , COD removal efficiency of 24.06% , 71.5% methane content of the gas production . Anaerobic digestion and gas production and the time for each set of experiments under different conditions , the mathematical regression analysis , the establishment of a non - linear regression equation of to draw cow dung and duck manure anaerobic digestion gas dynamics features have complied with a quartic equation experience model .
