Abstract


Due to historical reasons , the European cultural heritage protection forefront of the world , G?rlitz eastern part of Germany's most famous historical and cultural city , and is considered one of Germany 's post - war urban heritage of the best preserved city . Urban decline , protection of lack of funds , lack of experience of the masses , social costs , G?rlitz integrated urban heritage protection system . After a series of protective measures will be effective , the heritage of the city of G?rlitz be fully protected , the value of the estate be fully tapped . Today, the people of G?rlitz has been fully involved in the protection work , urban heritage into people's lives , brought great vitality for the city and further become the driving force of urban renaissance . This means that urban heritage conservation in G?rlitz has entered a virtuous cycle stage , is moving toward a more sustainable path . Year European exchange and learning through multiple field research and the collection and sorting of a large number of first-hand information , summed up the heritage of the city of G?rlitz type , value , and its protection concepts, methods , frameworks , measures operating mode , and came to the following conclusions: mature urban heritage protection system embodied in its integrity and national ; on this basis , the authenticity and integrity of the heritage to be upheld , urban heritage value to in the whole society can be achieved , the positive action of the urban heritage conservation in order to become a society , and each other to promote organic and urban development process . Finally, we hope to promote the further development of China 's urban heritage conservation by the Stones from other hills .
