In recent years, with the rapid development of our country national economy, the rational development and use of resources has considerable progressed, also accordingly has been a higher demanded. Especially in process of the electricity transmission, as the outstanding benefits of ultra high-voltage alternating current transmission lines, high ability and efficiency of the transmission system make the development of ultra high-voltage electricity transmission to guide the building of a sustainable development of our country to be an important strategic objective. So the voltage of transmission system continued to improve, and the height of transmission tower continuously raised, the research of the security and stability of transmission tower also become the main target in design and maintain an electricity transmission system. The research and design about 1000kv ultra high-voltage electricity transmission system will be a new research field about the system initiated on the basis of the already completed research about the 500kv electricity transmission system.Take the 1000kv ultra high-voltage electricity transmission lines as the research object is the main content of this paper and research the responses to vibration caused by blowing and wind tunnel experiment of electricity transmission towers and conductors coupling system in two different work conditions that are divided to big span and ordinary span accordance with the requirements of project. The process of research includes test of measuring dynamics of single-tower rigid model to determine the shape coefficient of the model; test of bundled conductor rigid section model to determine the resistance coefficient of the conductor; use the finite element analysis software ANSYS9.0 to establish single-tower and tower and conductor coupling system for analysis of its dynamic characteristics and calculate its frequency of the first six modal; design and manufacture the aero elastics model based on the researching of similar theory; test the displacement and acceleration corresponding data of single-tower model in uniform flow and turbulence by several wind angles through wind-tunnel experiment, also the data of tower and conductor coupling system in turbulence by 0 wind angle. There were the same arrangements that three spans and four towers in a system in both two work condition, and stick 4 acceleration sensors at the same place in one single-tower model to get the data. In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results, simulate and control strictly the wind to make the responses of model and actual tower are similar also the flowing in wind tunnel and located in the actual tower are similar. After the completion of the experiment the final data from the result of test was analyzed and processed uniformly to generalize the wind-induced response dynamic characteristics of electricity transmission tower and conductor coupling system, differentiate the single-tower structural-type characteristics reflected from acceleration response and vibration caused by blowing in turbulence, then compare all the data with corresponsive results of tower and conductor coupling system in same condition to analysis the influence about the conductor in the system. The final results told that under the simulation condition of the test the largest downwind response of the tower and conductor to a single-tower in addition to individual data overall too small. Therefore, the selection of variable and design of electricity transmission tower must be in accordance with the provisions and regulations.
