Abstract


The automobile industry is one of the leading and pillar industries, which of the modern economy deserves, automobile industry putting into production, will have the pair of time of impetus function to the entire industrial development. The automobile industry belongs to the technical crowded processing industry, because it has the huge industrial connection impetus effect, and also because its economical scale is huge, enables much high-tech achievement very quickly to obtain the application, therefore, the automobile industry development is also advantageous to the impetus industry structure promotion. Steps into the automobile society along with our country, the automobile industry draws the function to the national economy increasingly and obviously, to expanded needs, to make the significant contribution for consuming industries. Therefore the automobile industry is the modern industry important symbol, and its economic efficiency is extremely considerable, and many cities take the automobile industry development at the first place.At present in the national scope, many“automobile city”elated are flourishing, but many“automobile city”is not in the true sense automobile city, the people to the automobile city concept,the function essential factor, based on the automobile industry plan layout are not specially clear, and this kind of phenomenon has seriously restricted the social economy development. For the promotion of economy development, how to grasp the objective law and understand the plan concept, the essential factor, the method and the content in the automobile city, and the comprehensive construction well-off society is along-term strategic mission and important issue.This article analyzed and summarized automobile industry development history, the present situation in China, the automobile industry concept, the technological requirement, as well as the layout experience of massive automobile factories. From the industrial economics, the automobile industry introduction and the related urban planning theory, has analyzed local Chongqing’s automobile industry development present situation, studied north of Chongqing the newly developing zone automobile city industry plan layout, found suits the automobile city effective plan method, provides certain model and the reference for the people.The paper altogether divides into three major parts: The first part——present the issue: People to automobile city concept misunderstanding and to its plan layout fuzziness, has not been able to carry on the plan layout according to the automobile industry characteristic, has restricted the automobile industry development.The second part——fundamental research: Research the automobile industry characteristic, the concept ,the technological and the domestic and foreign automobile city plan layout situation conducts , found the summary induces the automobile city each kind of function essential factor and the layout request.The third part——solve the problem: Union preceding text summarizes about automobile city each kind of function essential factor and layout request, and studies automobile city layout shape at north of Chongqing by this theory as the foundation the newly developed area.
