Residential building energy consumption is an important part of building energy consumption, with the development of urban construction will also be increasing its proportion. Building energy efficiency in China started late, especially in the development of residential building energy gap with foreign countries is great, building energy efficiency, especially in energy saving residential buildings should be highly valued as an important issue to study. In this paper, high-rise residential buildings in Chongqing area study using DOE2IN Software simulation of the parameters of the windows on the building energy consumption. As follows: 1, analysis of the different toward the window of the heat transfer coefficient of building energy consumption: outside the windows heat transfer coefficient of building energy consumption and toward the exterior windows, window to wall ratio. Heating energy consumption, showed a positive linear correlation between the total energy consumption and toward the window heat transfer coefficient. With window to wall ratio increases, the heat transfer coefficient of building energy consumption gradually increased; refrigeration energy consumption trending linear positive correlation between the the windows heat transfer coefficient between the same windows than walls, the south window heat transfer coefficient with minimal impact on building energy consumption of refrigeration. For North Window, west window, reduce the heat transfer coefficient, the cooling energy consumption is on the increase. From the perspective of reducing the energy consumption of refrigeration, little effect achieved by reducing the heat transfer coefficient of the exterior windows. The same shading coefficient of the window wall than the same, the degree of strength of the order of the total energy consumption of the building to the window heat transfer coefficient as follows: South the window → → west window → east window north window. 2, analysis of the relationship between the different shading coefficients toward the outside of the window with the building energy consumption obtained: (1) different toward the window, shading coefficients of building energy consumption. East window shading coefficients most obvious impact on total energy consumption and energy conservation by lowering the east window shading coefficients is necessary. North Window and South Window reduce shading coefficients, a small reduction of total energy consumption, total energy consumption is concerned, there is no need to reduce shading coefficients. For the relationship between the west window, total building energy consumption and shading coefficients for polynomial. For each window to wall ratio, have appropriate shading coefficients, its value with the West than to the window and wall decreases. Building cooling energy consumption by each toward the window shading coefficient of impact of the strength of the order as follows: East to west → north → south →. ② the same toward the window, the window wall than the larger, more shading coefficients of building energy consumption significantly. 3, toward the outside window window wall than on building energy consumption than building heating energy consumption: ① window wall with exterior windows facing the heat transfer coefficient, shading coefficient of the heating energy consumption of the east window and South linear positive correlation between windows windows than walls. Windows than walls of the east window of the building heating energy consumption gradually increased with increasing heat transfer coefficient; south window window wall than the heating energy consumption gradually increased with the decrease of the shielding factor; but the degree of increase; same shade coefficient, the east window of the window wall building heating energy consumption is the most obvious. (2) each toward the window of window to wall ratio showed a linear increase of building cooling energy consumption. Increase the extent and toward the exterior windows and shading coefficients. The ③ toward the window of window to wall ratio of total energy consumption, the north window smallest east window largest. Compared each toward the window heat transfer coefficient, shading coefficient of window to wall ratio of building energy consumption obtained: East to the parameters of the window, west window, south window, exterior windows, window wall than on the can consumption is the most obvious, followed by shading coefficients; North Window Shading Coefficient is the most obvious impact on energy consumption, followed by windows than walls;, no matter which orientation, the heat transfer coefficient on the energy consumption of the smallest degree.
