Abstract


In recent years, with the sustained and rapid development of China 's civil aviation industry , the contradiction between the air traffic demand and limited airspace resources has become increasingly prominent . In some of the major events during the flight amount will be substantial growth the flight density will become more intensive markedly effective complex flight environment , the existing airspace structure will be difficult to meet the demand as a constraint to the safety of air traffic , high - flow bottleneck for air traffic the system has brought a heavy burden. Therefore, the implementation of effective , reasonable airspace structure adjustment imminent . Firstly, the definition of the major events , and analysis of the major events of the civil aviation , which analyzes the complexity of the situation and the problems of air traffic security during major events will face . Secondly , for the expected major events , in order to achieve the purpose of increase airspace capacity and reduce flight conflict , the general principles , adjusted to comply with the airspace structure , respectively, from the route ( route ) , sector , terminal area , and wait for the route area four discussed the the airspace structure adjustment strategy . Then, starting from the point of view of the balanced sector controllers workload , and the establishment of sector structure optimization mathematical model on the basis of statistics, analysis of controller workload , based on nonlinear programming algorithm , for a number of different sectors planning sector . structural optimization design and arithmetic functions using MATLAB programming tools . The Guangzhou terminal area airspace the sector structure optimization design and verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the mathematical model . Finally , the the Delphi platform design and development of decision support system based on the major events of the airspace structure adjustment .
