Abstract

Route network planning based on forecast premise , based on an assessment , to follow the decision-making process of planning the general steps . Route network planning program has a direct impact on the safety and efficiency of air traffic . The study of the route network planning is a pioneering field of air traffic management , is an important research topic . From both theoretical and practical application of more in-depth study of the route network planning general steps : forecast - assessment - planning . First introduced BP neural network , combined with specific air traffic flight flow projections general methods and procedures ; theoretical assessment of the route network capacity on this basis , on the leg and the intersection of the different situations obtained a theoretical assessment of the final model of the route network capacity ; proposed the route network planning method based on bi-level programming , bi-level programming model for discrete route network for the a discrete route network in line with the actual situation , and the use of the above basis global search of genetic algorithm performance can be parallelized , robustness and good on the establishment of good bi-level programming model was solved . The bilevel programming theory through the simple example of validation demonstrate the reasonableness of the research . Finally, the results of the paper summarizes and route network planning and related issues prospect .
