Abstract


Efficient airport decision support to improve the airport the level of production and operations management , and passenger service quality the most effective and most economical method to increase airport capacity , reduce delays , and to simplify the service process optimization passenger services , flight safety has a vital role . Taxiway planning from the point of view of the actual airport run -in , security screening process optimization and deployment of emergency relief supplies to three decision-making issues more in-depth research and practical application . This paper first introduces the related fields of study at home and abroad to discuss the the Airport Decision Management three issues : ( 1) by the movement of the airport ground traffic flow to node the taxiing process in the study , the use of the airport network model , 0-1 variables and constraints established the airport taxiways planning model ; (2 ) analysis of the airport terminal passenger flow , the introduction of the idea of the service rate considering the value of the machine, the security setting, two aspects of the principle of the application of queuing theory to optimize the value of the machine , and a benchmark to passengers waiting time for the reference indicator of the the security channel system configuration ; (3) Finally, the dynamic allocation of resources , resources under the rescue vehicle travel time uncertainty dynamic allocation strategies ; to combine mathematical model applied on a practical example . Meanwhile, further theoretical study of the airport area of decision support put forward his own views.
