Abstract


With the deepening of the process of enterprise information , manufacturing execution systems , as a state-of-the-art computer-aided management thinking and tools , has gradually become one of the important means to improve enterprise management level and competitiveness . With manufacturing execution systems continue to promote the use of discrete manufacturing enterprises , some problems need to be addressed , such as how to effectively improve shop floor production management, workshop management information systems effective integration with other information systems , so that become the program level and control level bridge . The papers will parallel engineering and high-volume manufacturing , JIT thinking of a combination of discrete manufacturing enterprises actual machining workshop , to study the mode of production management has a good academic significance and application value for enterprises to improve the management efficiency of the workshop . First, the paper gives a brief introduction on the course of development of the enterprise information technology and manufacturing execution systems produce generalization and summarization , and related research status . Secondly , the paper analyzes the characteristics of discrete manufacturing production , machine shop management situation and existing problems on the basis of the analysis , concurrent engineering and JIT thought applied to the machine shop production management proposed a machining workshop just-in-time management model , this management model into a parallel mode of production workshop serial production , can better solve the workshop equipment waiting for a long time , to improve the production efficiency of the workshop . Again, to achieve the shop just-in-time management model workshop manufacturing process management information system requires effective integration with other systems , especially the integration between the ERP system , PDM system , thesis and machining workshop manufacturing process management information systems integration , focus on the integration of content and integration technology is introduced . Finally, a machinery factory in Chongqing application object , the research applied to the enterprise , increased workshop efficiency , and the development of a software system module .
