Abstract

Acrylate grouting material has low viscosity, good fluidity can be poured into the tiny cracks, etc., have been widely used in the Seepage and crack repair concrete works. However, at present most of the acrylate grouting material products sold in the market have some toxicity, does not meet the requirements of environmental protection. Therefore, research and development to meet the environmental requirements acrylate grouting material is bound to become a trend, and this is the significance of this study. In this paper, the direct esterification synthesized two acrylate crosslinking agent ethylene glycol diacrylate and pentaerythritol diacrylate, and discusses the amount of catalyst, the feed ratio, polymerization inhibitor, reaction temperature and reaction time on the esterification The impact of the reaction, the obtained optimum synthesis conditions. Synthesis of ethylene glycol diacrylate in optimum conditions: the amount of catalyst for the reaction system is 1.7% by mass, the acid to alcohol molar ratio of 2.5, a polymerization inhibitor in an amount of 0.6 to 0.7 g / molAA (acrylic acid), the reaction temperature is 90 ~ 100 ° C, reaction time 5 h; Synthesis of pentaerythritol diacrylate optimum synthesis conditions: The amount of catalyst is 2.0% of the total mass of the reaction system, the acid to alcohol molar ratio of 2.6, the reaction temperature is 105 ~ 115 ° C, and the reaction time was 4 h. Acrylate crosslinking agent introduction of acrylate grout formulations acrylic the salt slurry commissioned the People's Hospital of Wuhan University slurry acute toxicity test. GB 15193.3-2003 detect acute toxicity test, the results show: the slurry to be practically non toxic. Panel testing criteria and the grout according acrylate IDM standard formulation on the slurry properties were determined, the results show that the acrylate slurry having good performance: viscosity between 5.0 mpa.s ~ 6.0 mpa.s; permeation coefficient of 10-8 order of magnitude; the solid sand compressive strength up to 0.506 MPa; The anti extrusion destruction to drop up to 930 MPa / cm and has swelling in water. The use of DSC, FT-IR and SEM gel acrylate grouting material to characterize and to study its swelling properties and thermal stability. Showing: the gel glass transition temperature Tg is low and increases with the increase of the content of the crosslinking agent; excluding the characteristic peaks of the C = C IR spectrum of the gel, a crosslinking agent to participate in the gel network is formed; gel structure having interconnected pores, an increase in pore size decreases with the increase of the content of the crosslinking agent, the number of holes; swelling rate and degree of swelling of the gel with crosslinking agent content ; gel having a temperature sensitivity and pH sensitivity and good thermal stability. Acrylate grouting material to further improve the mechanical properties, using silica as a reinforcing agent was prepared based on acrylate / silica organic / inorganic composite filling material. The inorganic particles introduced to improve the acrylate grouting material mechanical properties of solid sand compressive strength of the composite acrylate / white carbon black composite filling material, When silica was 2%, reached maximum value of 0.562 MPa. Not only that, acrylate / silica composite filling material also retains the advantages of pure acrylate grouting material.
