Abstract

The shipbuilding industry has a huge role in promoting the development of the national economy, it has historically been the major countries of the world as a strategic industry development. China's shipbuilding industry has also established a considerable size of the industrial system and strong technical economic strength, has become one of the world's three largest shipbuilding country in the world. Export-Import Bank of China as a Sino-foreign economic and cooperative banks, since its inception in 1994, the implementation of the national foreign trade and economic policies, and actively use a variety of financial instruments, made a great contribution to the development of China's shipbuilding industry. Shandong Province as a national economic province and maritime province, shipbuilding, this high value-added industry is relatively backward. The reasons for the slow development of the shipbuilding industry in Shandong Province is a wide range of financial support absence is an important factor.
