Decontamination vehicles are responsible for disinfecting and eliminating chemical and biological weapons pollution on the weapons, technical equipment and the ground. China’s active anti-chemical warfare decontamination vehicles are unable to meet operational mission requirement, development of new anti-chemical warfare decontamination vehicles has become so urgent.Dynamic systems of decontamination vehicle serving military mainly use the traditional mechanical power transmission methods and human operation control mode. Therefore, the subject is to research dynamic control system of new decontamination vehicle based on the hydraulic power ways and DSP control method.The main works of this paper are:1. A set of hydraulic power transmission system solution has been proposed. Combined with the three mature speed control methods of hydraulic system and decontamination vehicle system characteristics, variable pump control quantitative motor consisting of speed control loop has been selected as the power transmission link between the engine and working equipment. Through the matching calculation between the variable pump and engine, the appropriate variable pump models have been selected.2. Based on analysis of various sensors and actuators, and other functional requirements of the control system, schematic and PCB of the controller are designed and the controller hardware is finally completed.3. Low-level driver of DSP is developed first, and then a variety of work control logic and system self-test, CAN network, monitor calibration system function modules of code are achieved. At last, the software of PID control algorithm is implemented.4. Through the analysis of lots of performance, credibility, anti-interference and endurance of high or low temperature and lots of useful data on the test sample vehicles. The experiments show that ECU has some performances, such as credibility, anti-interference and endurance of high or low temperature. The experiment verified the decontamination vehicle can complete the mission assigned by the controller. The vehicles meet the design requirements of Rated power, have a good steady-state and transient system performance indicators. This indicates that the vehicle meet the new functional design requirements for decontamination vehicle.
