Abstract


Soft volleyball is a kind of soft and has an extent of springiness volleyball. There is no harm in using it. It can be used in practice and competition. It suits from the youth to middle-aged and the old to have entertainment, exercise and competition. It is an athletic sports item including exercise, body-building, spirit-building and entertainment. So it is quickly loved and accepted by university students and to be an important part in physical education teaching in currently universities. Shan Dong is a big province in education. The study of the developing actuality of soft volleyball in universities aims at completely knowing the developing actuality of soft volleyball in universities, finding its problems in its developing, and studying its developing countermeasure. Thus, we can promote soft volleyball in universities. This thesis uses literature information, investigation, data collection and logic analysis. It surveyed the developing actuality of soft volleyball in universities. It analyzed the number of teaching classes, teaching content, the choice of the textbooks, and teaching style. It also analyzed the teacher contingent, field facility. Through the analysis and survey, the thesis discusses the following characteristics of the situation of teaching about soft volleyball in Shan Dong province:1) It is short of unified textbook, the specialty training of the teachers. The teachers’ability is a little low.2) The few teaching hour cannot satisfy the university student to grasp the l fitness principle and the basic skills of the. soft volleyball.3) The software and hardware of the soft volleyball should be perfect.4) The soft volleyball teachers’structure of the title of technical post in Shandong current universities is comparatively reasonable. The structure of their age presents both ends small and the middle big. The level of the teachers’diploma is a little low, but there are more and more graduates’diploma now.5) Soft volleyball is developing in universities, but the ability of the teachers’scientific research is relatively lagged.6) The university students like soft volleyball. They participate in with great passion. And their motivations are various. They get the information of soft volleyball through different ways. But they rarely listen to specialists’lectures. Students can only grasp some basic technical action because there are not many classes. Students can’t grasp some difficult action such as block and smash.7) Teaching methods are out of date and teaching evaluation is not very reasonable.Through the analysis of the developing actuality of soft volleyball in universities, the thesis aims to impersonally estimate the developing actuality of soft volleyball in universities, to find out the factors that affect the developing and popularizing, to put forward its developing way and countermeasure, to provide important theory and practice experience for soft volleyball’s developing and popularizing in Shandong universities, and to provide theory bases for people’s body-building in universities.
