Abstract


The college teacher evaluation is the basis of university human resource management , build a scientific , reasonable and feasible evaluation system is the the college system reform problems encountered . Previous evaluation system is a single evaluation method . In recent years, with the increasing number of educational theory community college teacher evaluation system questioned and criticized , the problems of the teacher evaluation system construct from a variety of different research insights revealed . As teachers not only has the general human resource characteristics , but also has its own unique characteristics . Bring substantial complexity to the evaluation currently no generally accepted teacher evaluation system, nor the only teacher evaluation methods . In this paper, on the basis of previous studies , the establishment of the quantity and quality of combining comprehensive evaluation system , including the following aspects : first, second : summary and analysis of college teachers and educational evaluation theory and the current domestic and international research status , the research background , purpose and meaning .
