Abstract


Enhance the capability of independent innovation , building an innovative country is the premise and guarantee to improve China's comprehensive national strength . The main base of the culture of higher education as a creative talent , a really good job of innovative college teacher resources to the development of this important work , the abundant human resources into human capital , improve national capacity for independent innovation , give full play to the colleges and universities in the national innovation system the construction of a vital new force has important practical significance . In this paper , the literature analysis , comparative study other methods , starting from the connotation of independent innovation and university teachers resources , explore the quality characteristics of the innovative college teachers in the context of independent innovation , and \a concept defined . Then proceeded on the basis of the analysis of Chinese Universities innovative teachers resource development problems and reasons , compared by examining the differences of the American University in teacher management , learn from American colleges and universities on the experience of enlightenment , combined with the two-factor theory the theory proposed innovative college teachers resource development strategy of independent innovation backdrop . This study focused on independent innovation , the new situation and new requirements of college teachers update their concepts , teachers innovative team building , teacher training project , the implementation of innovative management and development recessive effective teacher resources to develop innovative college teacher resources , fully tap its work initiative and creativity of the important means to improve our universities and even the whole country independent innovation capability is also an important measure .
