Abstract


Task-based language teaching in the new curriculum standards advocated a new teaching mode. Task-based teaching is to set up a task , the students complete the task in the process of language acquisition . This teaching philosophy broken English teaching grammar teaching and practical application phase separated , language form and meaning of language -phase fragmentation of the traditional model . Based on the Ministry of Education for secondary school English curriculum reform requirements, combined with the characteristics of task-based language teaching , for task-based language teaching in my school English teaching practice situations were studied. This article first task-based teaching theory and research background is briefly described , highlighting the task-based teaching in middle school English teaching positive role. Then the task-based teaching practice in my school made ??a survey analysis . Research shows that our school in task-based language teaching practice has achieved some results , but there are still a number of problems . Finally , the authors analyzed the reasons for problems in the analysis on the basis of these findings , the author in the text also made ??some suggestions to help teachers and people who work in teacher training to more effectively build and implementation of task-based language teaching . The purpose of this paper is on the task-based teaching how to implement the tasks set forth , so that the majority of English teachers to task-based teaching theory, teaching English in secondary schools continue to explore and practice the \comprehensive use of English language skills to adapt to the needs of modern society .
