Abstract


With the increasingly rapid social and economic development of modern project completion rate of the project , schedule optimization, high-quality project completion , resource allocation and scheduling to optimize other aspects of a higher demand. But in the course of project implementation , due to various uncertainties exist , making the project management methods can not be applied in the management while meeting the above requirements , allowed the researchers to constantly improve project planning and management methods. Critical chain project management technology allows more mature project management methodology , but also for more than a few goals while achieving the possibilities. For the automotive industry , the introduction of new models involve many factors , any one of the links are risks that may occur , resulting in schedule delays , and work on the next serious impact . Therefore, how to deal with the increasingly complex market and demand , how to deal with all aspects of the potential risk factors become a hot topic . Taking a car manufacturer's vehicle development project for the study, the use of critical chain technology research time risk transfer problems . First analyzes the critical chain related properties , the use of the established algorithms find key chains , determine the vehicle development projects between the two phases of the key chain ; then passed through the establishment of a conceptual model of the risk period and mathematical model to analyze the project occurred during the implementation process duration risk, the duration of the impact on the subsequent processes , as well as the impact of the entire project duration ; final study how risk transfer according to duration analysis conclusion , set the project buffer of time. This study will help automotive companies R \u0026 D project managers to understand and analyze the process of vehicle development project risk impact on the subsequent processes , as well as to avoid or reduce the duration of the project risk is important.
