Abstract


Investment budget is one of the main subjects of the modern enterprise to optimize the resource. It constitutes the comprehensive budget system together with operating budget and financial budget. It has a far-reaching effect for the enterprise’s long-term development. For FAW-VW, the only way to survive and develop is to maximize the value which will come true by improving the local rate constantly, reducing the car cost, ensure the car profit, improving the rate of market occupy. But every new model is based on the support of purchasing high-cost of local supplier parts. In face of the variety of car market and the whole world finance risk, scientific, perfect purchasing investment budget is essential for FAW-VW development. The management of investment budget is one of the whole orientation management under the instruction of enterprise stratagem.It includes investment project analysis, investment project budget implement and its control, investment budget check, revise and the institution of investment budget, the compartmentalization of investment authorization, the effective of environment. This article gives detail analysis and study on the problems happened in the investment control process by introducing the investment budget control process of purchasing new model parts made by local supplier, also learning the theory of investment management control, investment budget and comprehensive budget control. Point out that Investment budget control of purchasing parts made by local supplier must base on localization. Investment budget control must be considered throughout the whole project process. Present the control to investment compilation, singe part investment target, investment payment budget control and improvement strategy of investment budget feedback control though 3 phases- before, after and just the phase of purchasing investment budget localization.Using effective implement of investment budget control strategy on purchasing localization parts, not only give realistic benefit to FAW-VW, also has value and meaning for other auto-maker to refer.
