Abstract


With the acceleration of China’s popularization of higher education and the deepen education system, the personnel management has become an important part of the management of University.The modern university Personnel Management System supported by information technology,computer technology and internet technology is the prerequisite for modernization personnel management.Based on the current personnel management in the development of university status and personnel management of the actual situation,according to a university of personnel management,the paper put forward the university personnel management system based on B/S. From the perspective of modern software engineering, the paper followed by analysis and design for the Personnel Management System,finished the platform, including data entry, training management, records management, staff mobility, service management, application management, salary management, user management and System maintenance module.The system choosed the object-oriented technology, J2EE platform, Struts and Hibernate framework for B / S framework, combined with Ajax technology to develop a practical, user-friendly, good extension Personnel Management System, which meet the need of routine and achieve paperless office. Additionally, which provided a convenient and fast for the college personal management, help to support a certain decision for the leader.
