Abstract


Statements is an important part in the information management system , it is necessary to protect the system analysis , decision-making . At home and abroad have many forms and report generation tools , but there is a higher price , difficult to use , reusability , and not easily integrated into existing business systems . Is therefore necessary to develop a B / S architecture , friendly interface , easy to operate , reusable , easy integration with business systems , custom forms and reporting tools , resulting in enhanced system scalability , so that developers really from heavy freed trivial form and report design and development , the true sense of the user- defined . This article generated through domestic and international custom forms and reports comparative analysis and study of the tools , the key technical analysis tools to generate custom forms and reports , designed and implemented a custom Ajax-based forms and reports generation tool . The main work of this paper include : ① analysis of the research status about custom forms and reporting tools , and pointed out the shortcomings of the current form and report generation tools and the necessity to carry out this project ; ② analysis of custom forms and report generation tools related theories and key technologies for the development and realization of the system to provide a theoretical basis and technical support ; and ③ finished custom forms and reports generation tool functional requirements and non-functional requirements , system architecture , template design , report design templates , forms design templates , report generation and display of form generation and display module and DWR access to the detailed design . ④ custom forms and report generation tools , and tool integration in of Chongqing Songzao MIS system , initial operation shows that the development system to get user acceptance .
