Abstract


2009 global economic crisis , China's logistics industry suffered a huge impact . Of the logistics industry included in the top ten revitalization of industry and introduced a series of industrial policies , planning and coordination mechanisms . Small and medium-sized logistics services business development opportunities and challenges . SF is under the Qingdao Port (Group ) Co., Ltd. a wholly owned subsidiary , the company formerly known as the Group 's logistics service units . Diversified development , especially the development of logistics services , making it among the six companies in the world of Qingdao Port Group , 09 Last year's income of 290 million yuan . However, the uncertainties facing the company is also growing , the company is in a critical period of development , how to understand and grasp the trend of development of the logistics industry to seize the focus of development , while avoiding disadvantages , in the strategic environment of changing many locate, acquire competitive advantage and achieve sustained and healthy development of enterprises , it is worth from a systematic study on the strategy and in-depth thinking . In this paper, a detailed analysis of the following three main aspects: First, the analysis of SF 's own development . In-depth analysis of internal resources and capabilities , and focuses on the diversification of the company operating the status quo , and draws some important assertion of fact or conclusions , to grasp the strengths and weaknesses and internal lay the foundation for the development of the strategic decision-making . The second is the external environment for development of the SF system analysis . The analysis of the macro-environment , industry and market environment , identify the main factors affecting the industry revenue , summed up the development opportunities and challenges faced by the SF , external information for the development of the strategic decision-making . SF company's strategic choice and design . Based on objective SWOT analysis, make SF company's development strategy , the company's development of ideas , targeting , development priorities and core capacity building were discussed , and the implementation of the strategy measures illustration and description . On the basis of in -depth study , this paper presents SF should carry forward the traditional logistics business advantage , mining port resources to go beyond the customer-oriented concept to raise the overall quality of logistics services , the development of a full range of logistics services , and actively explore the implementation of specialized value-added services strategic advice and research conclusions .
