Abstract


With the development of economic globalization and port services improved, port economy has become a regional economic development growth stages. Port economy as internal and external bidirectional open economy, economic development in a country occupies a crucial position. Japan's economic recovery after World War II, the 20th century Asian \To enhance the competitiveness of industrial clusters as a starting point theory, gaining the attention of experts in various industries. In this paper, the port industrial cluster theory of economic development mode, using the theoretical research and empirical research combining micro and macro research study combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the combination of research methods, the port industry cluster development model to conduct a comprehensive study . This paper first describes the basic theory of port economy, analyzes the economic development status of the port some of the key characteristics: focus on the development of shipping services, port hinterland economy, relying on the port to establish free trade port zone and implementing strategic alliances. Then the introduction of industrial cluster theory, summed up the port industrial cluster connotation, analysis of the port industrial cluster formation mechanism: the geographic conditions of the port industry cluster formed an important factor; modern port is the port industry cluster formation of the basic conditions; port city is the port industry Relying on cluster development. From the analysis of micro and macro aspects of the port industry cluster effect. Microscopic effects: improve production efficiency; reduce operating costs; protect the enterprise labor supply; enjoy regional brand; shared LAN resources. Macro effect: accelerating the establishment of specialized market; through the multiplier effect of development of related industries; diffusion effects on the urban economy; promote regional economic development. Proposed three port industrial cluster development model: the port and shipping industry cluster-based shipping center mode to port industrial cluster oriented manufacturing center model and a modern service-oriented financial center cluster mode. Then the port industry cluster development model were compared, summed up the foreign port industry cluster development experience and enlightenment, the establishment of China's port industry cluster development mode selection model, the slope of the improved gray correlation degree model ports associated with various industries and ports degrees, with each port locational quotient analysis of industry concentration degree. On this basis, Guangzhou port industrial cluster empirical analysis, pointing out that Guangzhou port industrial cluster development model should be chosen to port industrial cluster based manufacturing center model, while actively developing port-related producer services.
