Abstract


Funds management is the center of financial management while financial management being the center of enterprise management. This has already become the important concept of it is generally accepted by the management of the modern enterprise, as well as to the railway enterprises. The funds management of the railway enterprises is also like this. There are some problems with the Current accounts settlement center funds management of the railway enterprise that need to be resolved. In this funds management model,the fund operation of the railway enterprise is set under enterprise’s monitoring. Although it is contribute to the rational use of the funds and helpful to the surveillance and control of enterprise capital, there is also many problems such as low efficiency, the absence of the marketplace pressure, the weak of the inner management standard, and so on, which is harmful to the funds management and financial management to the enterprise.At the first of this dissertation, the author analyzed the characteristic of the enterprises group and the capital management of them. On the basis of this, the capital management patterns of the enterprises group have been introduced. Secondly, the author introduced the management environment of Chinese railway enterprise and the analyzed background of the centralized finance management. Then the author has analyzed the operation of the accounts settlement center fund management pattern in the railway enterprise and explained the working effect as well as the advantages and disadvantages of it. The target and measures to optimize the funds management pattern of railway enterprise has also been put up in this dissertation according to the railway enterprise funds management condition. In the new financial management model, the financial company is the financing and settling center. It provides finance service and promotes the combining of the finance and the industry. It can realize the purpose of the internal control and strengthen the group’s condense more effectively. The research of this dissertation will contribute to the raise of the funds management abilities of railway enterprise, impel to the healthy and sustainable development of it.
