Abstract


Since the reform and open policy, our country path transportation enterprise management business models has experienced the contracted management, to rent the management, to accommodate alongside,ect.. Under the specific historic condition, these business models play the positive role difficultly in the solution on path passenger transportation business capital insufficiency, the reverse went on a journey, vehicle shortage’s aspects and so on unfavorable situation. But because these modes make excessively scattering of main body of the market of passenger traffic, having brought a series of questions too, for instance in service quality, there are behaviors such as " deceive the guest, get rid of the guest, draw guests, rip off the customer",etc., in order of market of passenger traffic, there are confused phenomena such as "illegal vehicle, unlicensed business activity, malignant competition",etc.. Along with reform and open policy’s thorough, these business model already could not adapt our country economy development and the passenger’s request which enhances to the path passenger service level, the transformation business model, the ones that realized the path of the passenger transportation enterprise’s corporation and the intensified management already to become gradually from the government profession department responsible for the work to the road passenger transportation enterprise’s universal mutual recognition.This article embarks first from our country path passenger transportation Enterprise’s development present situation, and has analyzed the question which our country path passenger transportation enterprise existed, then takes the intensified management theory as the instruction, summaries valuable experience of the western developed country and the advanced local intensification management, then has analyzed our country path passenger transportation enterprise intensification management development models, finally proposes views which put forward to promote intensive management of road passenger transport company policies and measures from the government and the enterprise two different angles.
