Abstract


Construction of a new competition for the future development and training system , and thus improve the effectiveness of training and the overall quality of staff , which will increasingly become the corporate human resources development and management focus . With the rapid development of power grid construction and the construction of world-class modern company comprehensively promote , CQEP previously positioned to adapt to jobs that require management skills , technical skills , operational skills requirements have become increasingly narrow , due to grid electricity technology development and bring professional jobs adjusted so that retraining increased demand for knowledge , skills updating and various complex talent increasingly urgent demand for high-tech talent . To this end , develop a high-quality workforce , right CQEP enhance stamina and sustainable development of great significance. In this paper, the theory of modern human resources as a guide to a large number of detailed statistics as the basis, combined with the actual situation CQEP identify the configuration currently CQEP structural problems , analysis and development of the company are not in harmony CQEP factors for training management research and provide the basis for the determination of the relevant countermeasures . Accurately grasp the case for the training of human resources enterprise CQEP situation , this paper uses Raymond . A.
