Abstract


China is the hydropower great nation, the hydropower resources occupies the world leader, in the future the potential large hydropower station will be numerous, throws the financing scale to be huge. But since long, the hydropower throws the financing build-up lag, the structure of investment is unitary. Therefore, to explain the hydropower development enterprise’s fund bottleneck and expand the financing channel, becomes speeding up the key which the water electrical industry develops.This article summaries the financing great microscopic influencing factor through standing in the development enterprise’s angle and attempts to construct one to suit the large-scale hydropower projects of basic construction the financing system through the analysis hydropower profession’s economical characteristic, the large-scale hydropower projects of basic construction’s financing present situation. This system mainly includes the macroscopic environmental research, the strategic tactic design, the financing plan choice, the fund structure to optimize four big subsystems. Through the establishment systematization’s financing strategy system, we can favor the development enterprise to make the financing strategic decision, determined that the financing implementation plan, obtains the reasonable capital structure, wins the bigger competitive advantage for the later tendering surfer, realizes enterprise’s sustainable healthy development finally.
