As operation environment is more complex and changeable and the global competition is fiercer, quality has become the crucial factor for an enterprise to achieve its success. To be successful in the competition, enterprise not only have to improve the quality of product and service, raise the degree of customer’s satisfaction, expand market occupancy, but also to reduce the costs as far as possible. Quality management activity and enterprise’s economic benefits can be linked by the implement of quality economic management. Meanwhile, a joint between quality and costs can be found, and then the most profit can be gained.However, quality costs management gets more focus now. It is the main content of quality economic management. Studying on quality costs is an important method to find enterprise’s weakness. Based on the study, costs can be reduced and quality can be improved constantly. But quality costs can’t stand for quality economic. It is only an aspect of quality economic. We usually use quality costs index to evaluate quality management and quality benefits, but this can’t offer full information for total quality management. Thus, this paper expands the contents of quality economic. As quality costs are studied, quality benefits are studied also. By analyzing the relation among quality costs, quality benefits and quality level, the study on quality economic benefits in manufacturing enterprise is suggested.First, the paper has carried on a thorough analysis about the basic theory, improvement methods, as well as related theories and so on of quality economic efficiency, and with the question existing in the quality efficiency work of the enterprise, proposed the research goals of manufacturing enterprise quality economical efficiency management.Next, in view of manufacturing enterprise production characteristic, based on the analysis of quality input-output and quality economic efficiency, a set of quality economical efficiency management frame which suits manufacturing enterprise, including the theory frame and concrete implementation step of quality economical efficiency management, has been established.Then, according to the three core sections of quality economical efficiency, key technologies of improving the economical efficiency have been studied from the three aspects of the design stage, the manufacturing process and after-sales services, and the work of quality economical efficiency management has been evaluated synthetically. Finally, the application in shows that implementing quality economical efficiency management can better increase the quality benefits and lower quality costs, specify the direction of continuous quality improvement and verify the correctness and feasibility of the theory.
