Abstract


The state owned investment company (as SOIC hereafter) in China results from reforms in investing and financing system, which is an inevitable product at the internal needs of social economic development and division of social work, and holds the balance in the development of national and regional economic. The establishment of new system in state owned assets management brings up more requirements to the development of SOICs. By analyzing current situation of SOICs and real cases, this dissertation is aimed to research the measurements that SOICs choose practical strategy and carry through efficient capital operation for capital appreciation, therefore exploring the means to management innovation and sustainable development of SOICs.The methodology of combining literature research, comparative study and case study is adopted associating the personal working experience in SOIC, to research the common issues in China SOICs for resolving virtual problems.In this dissertation, management innovation status and orientation of SOICs in China are proposed through analyzing the current development circumstances of SOICs. According to the experience and enlightenment from the integration and reorganization of controlling shares in ST Chundu conducted by He Nan Investment Corporation (as HNIC hereafter), some new viewpoints and thoughts are brought forward in how SOICs to carry out strategic reorganization of regional economy based on business demands and diversification of internal and external environments, in the precondition of properly estimating the macro economic environment, and utilize favorable capital operation measurements to realize value added quit from capital market of industrial capital. Furthermore, suggestions are proposed in the implementation of innovation management strategies for SOICs, especially that SOICS should acclimatize new management system of state owned assets, establish corporation structure and management mode which fits the characteristics of the state owned holding company, set up financing mechanism under market economy and research the capital operation strategies in the condition of non-tradable shares reformation, for the reference of SOICs at the crossroads.
