Abstract


With the advances in technology, economic globalization and the rapid development of e-commerce , supply chain and its member enterprises are facing shorten the delivery time , improve product quality , improve service to meet individual needs and reduce the cost of the competition and challenge of the global market . In this context , how the idea of supply chain management theory and methods across the enterprise resource management system , to seek and nurture the right supplier , in order to enhance their core competitiveness , gain a competitive advantage , has been in recent years management areas of great concern to an important research topic. Take empirical research methods , Golden Dragon Bus Company supplier selection and evaluation as an example , analysis of the problems of the supplier selection and evaluation , and systematic study of the design of the Golden Dragon Bus Company, supplier selection and evaluation of the reform program . This paper describes the basic concepts of the supplier management , and domestic and international supplier selection and evaluation of the status quo , the purpose of this study , methods, and architecture ; followed by a detailed description of the Golden Dragon Bus Company in the selection and evaluation of suppliers aspects of the situation, pointed out that the Golden Dragon Bus Company in supplier selection and evaluation of the existing problems , a comprehensive analysis of the cause of the Golden Dragon Bus Company in supplier selection and evaluation problems ; Finally, the overall supply management strategies in accordance with the Golden Dragon Bus Company objectives and requirements, improve the scientific principles , procedures and methods of the Golden Dragon bus Company , supplier selection and evaluation system .
