Abstract


In recent years , the state has stepped up to combat and prevent commercial bribery efforts , but in some industries and areas , commercial bribery still showed a high trend , but particularly in the construction field is staggering. Since the construction field important role in the national economy , research in this area is characterized by commercial bribery , and to carry out targeted treatment, clean up the market for the environment, promote anti-corruption work in depth , has a very important significance. Project Construction of commercial bribery and bribery bribery typical characteristics. It is the subject of one or both of the market operators , their behavior aimed at obtaining the trading opportunities , their behavior is bribery and bribery . The author intended through research on the current construction field of commercial bribery as a brief analysis and propose preventive and control measures . Thesis is divided into four parts. The first part , about the meaning of commercial bribery , the meaning of commercial bribery , components , manifestations and legal responsibility for analysis. The second part of the construction field characteristics and patterns of commercial bribery . Through research , analyze and summarize the current commercial bribery in the construction field characteristics, rules and hazards. Focus on financial analysis of investment projects , because separation of ownership and management of commercial bribery occurred under state characteristics . The third part of the analysis of the construction field of commercial bribery cause analysis and strategies to combat commercial bribery defects . The fourth part , national governance commercial bribery in the construction field 's strategy for China to carry out anti- commercial bribery in the construction field work for reference. The fifth part , proposed the construction of commercial bribery governance countermeasures .
